6월에서 8월 사이에 볼 수 있는 작은넓적하늘소.
딱지날개에 밭고랑 같은 줄이 나 있으며 검은색과 암갈색을 띈다.
가슴 부위에 약간의 융기와 함몰이 있으며 더듬이도 짧은편이라 하늘소 같지 않게 생겼다.
